Financial Control Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity for a financially astute individual to join our commercial team as a Financial Control Specialist. The successful candidate will have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, with a strong focus on maintaining financial control and managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a background in financial control, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity for a commercially aware professional to develop their skills and progress their career within a dynamic business.

The Role:

  • Managing several new build and refurb projects simultaneously
  • Maintain financial control of projects from start to finish, including monthly job costing review, and final accounts agreements
  • Build effective relationships with other departments, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The Person:

  • Quantity Surveyor with a construction background
  • Full UK Driving license
  • Commutable distance from Aylesbury

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
