Job Title: Document Control Specialist

About the Role:

The Document Control Specialist will maintain accuracy, integrity, and security of all project documents, manage document revisions, statuses, and registers, and effectively manage project information flow and maintain distribution lists.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective document management systems
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project documents
  • Collaborate with the quality team for defects and inspections
  • Conduct regular project audits to ensure quality and project health

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with electronic document management systems (EDMS)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
