Salary and Benefits:

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of quality assurance for all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security of all project documentation, and maintaining document registers. They will also be responsible for managing the flow of project information, monitoring and managing workflows process for review and status of subcontractor/supplier documentation, and ensuring full auditability and traceability of approval process for subcontractor/supplier documentation. Additionally, they will manage and maintain project directories within EDMS, generate reports within EDMS as required, coordinate information for operation and maintenance manuals and project handover, and assist with other projects and duties as required. They will also provide training and guidance for project teams at all levels for EDMS, ensure Aconex project administration is carried out, correct security settings assigned and maintained for all users/organisations, and collaborate with the quality team and assist in defects and inspections on field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in document control, quality assurance, and project management. They will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have knowledge of EDMS and Aconex software.
