Financial Partnerships Specialist

A new opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join the Premier Group Recruitment team in London. This dynamic role offers the chance to support the overall finance function, contribute to insightful reporting, and drive improvements across the business.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in finance and a strong analytical skillset. The ideal candidate will have gained some experience in finance and be working towards an accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
Key Responsibilities:- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, translating those into actionable plans.
- Reporting and Analysis: Deliver insightful monthly and ad-hoc reporting within the finance team and to other business areas. Support the Director of Finance and CFO with timely, relevant information for strategic assessments.
- Financial Strategy: Work with the Finance Controller to support financial strategy, assist with the business plan, and contribute to key financial decision-making.
- Monthly Management Accounts: Contribute to the production of monthly accounts, board pack content, P&Ls, balance sheets, management information, and rolling forecasts. Perform variance analysis and provide insights.
- System and Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency, streamline reporting processes, and enhance document production for smoother finance function operations.
- Project Support: Engage in finance and non-core finance projects, such as system implementations or CRM updates, as they arise.
The salary for this role is up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
