We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Specialist to join our team at Be-IT Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the accounting and finance department, overseeing financial operations within the life science division, preparing and presenting financial reports, implementing effective financial strategies to support business growth, collaborating with the accounting and finance department to ensure accurate financial planning, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, identifying opportunities for financial improvement and efficiency, and providing financial guidance and support to other departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide financial guidance and support to the accounting and finance department.
  2. Oversee financial operations within the life science division.
  3. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
  4. Implement effective financial strategies to support business growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals.

Requirements

To be successful as a Chief Financial Specialist, you should have:

  1. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Professional accounting certification.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £75,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
