We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
- Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
