About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Liaising with policy providers to obtain policy details and illustrations.
  • Processing new business applications and tracking them to completion.
  • Preparing documentation for client appointments and meetings, including annual planning meeting packs.
  • Responding to client enquiries and liaising directly with them.
  • Sending prepared investment information and reports to clients.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in financial services administration, preferably in client and advisor support.
  • Experience with XPLAN is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
