Key Responsibilities of the Client Support Specialist:
- Delivering front desk reception services
- Creating engaging and diverse individual and group activities
- Encouraging and assessing activities for clients to help them achieve their potential
- Supporting clients in accessing and maintaining community integration
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and facilitating client engagement activities
- Prior experience with similar client demographics is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or a willingness to pursue this qualification
- Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C in English and Maths
