Key Responsibilities of the Client Support Specialist:

  • Delivering front desk reception services
  • Creating engaging and diverse individual and group activities

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in developing and facilitating client engagement activities
  • Prior experience with similar client demographics is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or a willingness to pursue this qualification
  • Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C in English and Maths
