About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Operations Specialist to join our team at NatWest Group.

As a Client Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence in our Lending Operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and Resolve Customer Queries: Accurately understand customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner, escalating issues to other teams as necessary.
  • Maintain Customer and Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain a clear understanding of customer and stakeholder needs, delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Support Business Continuity Planning: Contribute to the development and maintenance of business continuity plans to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in Process Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex customer queries.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services industry and its customers, including knowledge of NatWest Group's products, processes, and banking systems.
