Position Overview

As a Client Relations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building rapport with our members and assisting them in selecting the appropriate products and services that offer genuine support in their daily lives—whether it’s saving for a significant life event, purchasing a new home, or anything else.
  • Engaging in meaningful conversations through various communication channels, as you assist our members in person, via telephone, and through online account management.
  • Focusing on member needs rather than sales quotas, allowing you the freedom to prioritize what is best for our clients.
