In this role, you will engage with customers to provide home insurance solutions directly to online clients and through our support center. You will collaborate with a prominent brand in the UK home insurance sector to deliver exceptional property insurance services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers through inbound calls regarding new policy setups, amendments, or renewals
  • Identifying customer needs to provide tailored solutions that maximize product benefits
  • Becoming a product expert and delivering outstanding customer service for peace of mind
  • Proactively suggesting enhancements to the customer experience and service delivery
  • Identifying opportunities to sell and retain customer products while earning incentives
