Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Telesales Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take ownership of lead generation for our field-based sales consultants, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by maximizing business and service opportunities.
  • Conduct market research on leads to develop them into warm prospects, resulting in increased sales conversions.
