About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join XLN Pay Ltd and XLN Energy Ltd as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention.
  • Work closely with our product and marketing teams to stay up-to-date on the latest offerings and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £23,000, plus realistic OTC of £300 up to £1000 per month for top performers.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays, and an additional day for each year of service up to 30 days.
