Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Representative at Opal Contracting, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with our trading customers. This will involve delivering exceptional customer service, evaluating customer enquiries, and producing quotations based on our commercial policies.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Maximise all customer enquiries and opportunities.
  • Develop trading customers and repeat business.
  • Grow profitability, control costs, and maximise efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Proactive customer telephone calls to create opportunities and orders.
  • Escalation of potential opportunities for new or repeat business.
  • Maintenance of individual customer plans, development platforms, and CRM files.
