About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at XLN Pay Ltd, XLN Energy Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

  • A competitive salary of £23,000, plus realistic OTC of £300 up to £1000 per month for top performers
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays, and an additional day for each year of service up to 30 days

Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
