About the Role

Pareto is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's offerings and the market we operate in, enabling you to have valuable conversations with prospects.
  • Perform regular B2B prospect outreach using a strategic target list, qualifying leads and generating new business sales via phone and email.
  • Manage and optimize new business generated through effective account management, ensuring relationships are developed and maintained to maximize customer upsell opportunities.
  • Build and develop the prospect database with accurate logging and recording of all contact and conversations with clients, entering them into and managing our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team to ensure our sales cycle is being worked to effectively, and targets and conversion rates are being met.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
