Sales Development Representative
Sue Ross Recruitment Ltd is currently working with a leading construction consultancy to find a talented Sales Development Representative.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and will have experience in sales or customer service. They will be responsible for conducting lower-level sales calls, using a provided script, and setting up meetings with potential clients.
The role offers a flexible working schedule and the opportunity to work with a small, dynamic team. The successful candidate will also have access to CRM software and receive coaching and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls using a provided script.
- Set up and coordinate meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain records using CRM software.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Confident, engaging, and friendly telephone manner.
- Sales or customer service experience essential.
- Ability to work independently and follow a structured sales approach.
Working Hours: Flexible, to be discussed (with potential part-time/full-time options)
