Your Responsibilities
You will make regular phone calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our software services and schedule appointments for our Sales Manager. This involves researching estate agencies that could benefit from our services through online searches, industry publications, social media, and other resources.
Sales Cycle
- Targeting: Identify and research potential clients using various resources
- Prospecting: Develop new business opportunities by creating and delivering presentations that showcase our value proposition
- Presentation: Deliver persuasive presentations to engage potential clients and schedule appointments for our Sales Manager
Your Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an appointment setting, lead generation, or telemarketing role, preferably in a B2B or real estate/SaaS sector
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Google packages, and social media platforms
Benefits: A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum and the opportunity to work with a leading SaaS company in the property market.
