Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Opal Contracting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our trading customers and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth
* Analyze customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
