Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Opal Contracting Ltd. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and presenting proposals to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
