About the Role:

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for delivering a professional and efficient HR advisory service to managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee relations cases from start to finish, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on all employee matters, including employment law and company policies.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate managers on effective people practices, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Review and improve policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Create and implement action plans to address employee relations issues, recommending corrective measures as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a HR Advisor with a generalist remit, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent experience handling employee relations casework from start to finish, with a strong understanding of employment law and company policies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
  • IT literacy, with experience using HR systems and software.
