Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at CRU International. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and supporting our employees across various departments and regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Support and Advice: Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to managers and employees on issues such as employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • HR Policy Development: Assist the HR Business Partner in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
  • HR Data Reporting: Lead HR data reporting, being the go-to person in the team to support regular and ad hoc data reporting.
  • HR System Management: Manage and develop HR system tools to support not only HR processes but manager and employee self-service.
  • Right to Work Compliance: Lead on right to work compliance and applications for visas.
  • Employee Benefits and Payroll: Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll processing, and HR systems.
  • Project Support: Support the HR Business Partner and Global Head of HR with wider projects and reports for the business.
  • Compliance and Training: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, providing updates and supporting with training as necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Advisor supporting a generalist workload. Experience in dealing with HR practices outside of the UK would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills in particular Excel.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Certification: CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable.
