In this role, you will work a total of 35 hours each week, from Monday to Friday, with no weekend commitments. Previous experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Once you have gained confidence and completed your training, you will have the flexibility to work from home for two days each week. Key Responsibilities of the Insurance Telesales Advisor:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients via phone and email, requiring a keen attention to detail and a positive demeanor.
- Take initiative in generating leads for our field-based sales consultants.
- Achieve and surpass daily and monthly performance targets and KPIs by optimizing business and service opportunities.
- Develop new prospects for your own account book on a daily basis and conduct market research to warm up leads.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, supporting one another to meet collective goals and objectives.
