Job Overview

The successful Market Access Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and market share for BMS Performance's wound care and compression products in the Northeast & North Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at NHS trusts and CCGs to drive formulary inclusions and bulk purchasing deals.
  • Provide clinical education and training to customers to promote the use of BMS Performance's products and drive patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in wound care sales, with a strong understanding of the NHS and CCG landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £55,000-62,000, plus a bonus of up to £12,000.
  • A fully expensed company car or £780 per month car allowance.
