Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at the luxury Country Club and Spa. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations within the spa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests on arrival and provide a warm welcome to the spa
  • Be the first point of contact for guests and respond to their inquiries
  • Check guests in to the spa and provide tours as needed
  • Prepare for spa days by setting up towels, robes, and other essentials
  • Work closely with spa hosts to ensure all guests have a wonderful experience
  • The role may also involve some time in our estate shop
Requirements
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience working in a similar receptionist role, preferably in a luxury spa or hospitality setting
  • Flexibility to work weekends and shift patterns
  • Proficiency in using premier software booking systems and Reslynx booking system
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and work well under pressure
  • Great personal presentation and pride in your appearance
