The Role
  • Greet guests on arrival to the spa and be the first point of contact.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to booking inquiries.
  • Check guests in to the spa and provide tours if necessary.
  • Prepare for spa days by setting up towels, robes, and other amenities.
  • Collaborate with spa hosts to ensure all guests have a positive experience.
  • This role may also involve time spent in the estate shop.
Requirements
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in a similar receptionist role.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and shift patterns.
  • Experience using premier software booking systems.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Great personal presentation and pride in appearance.
