The Spa Receptionist role is an exciting opportunity to work in a beautiful location and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests on arrival, checking them in, and providing tours as needed. They will also be responsible for preparing for spa days, working closely with spa hosts, and ensuring that all guests have a wonderful experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar receptionist role, preferably in a luxury spa or hospitality setting. They will also need to be flexible to work weekends and shift patterns, and proficient in using premier software booking systems and Reslynx booking system.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a competitive salary of £23,920 per annum, 30 days annual leave (pro rata for part-time employees), and use of the Country Club & Spa.
