Job Overview

The role of a Training Development Specialist at HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service Ltd involves delivering high-quality training programs to Care Homes across the southeast home counties and southern regions. This permanent, full-time position requires a skilled professional with a strong background in education and training, preferably in a healthcare environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging workshops and coaching sessions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Care Homes staff
* Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders and employees
* Analyze training requirements and identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

**Requirements:**
* PTTLS or equivalent award/qualification in Education and Training
* NVQ/Diploma minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience in communicating at a senior level
* Strong understanding of the care sector regulatory environment
* Experience working in a highly compliant organization
