Job Opportunity

Rhodar Specialist Enabling Works is a leading provider of specialist enabling works solutions, trusted by major corporations to offer innovative and expert services across various sectors.

We are currently seeking an experienced Junior Administrator to join our team at our Leeds office. This role is initially temporary for 6 months with potential to become permanent after this period.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client instructions, including setting up new clients on our CRM system and coordinating surveys to ensure efficient utilization of surveyors.
  • This involves answering phone calls from policy holders/homeowners and clients, handling queries professionally, and escalating complex issues to relevant team members when necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will also book and coordinate surveys, prepare documentation for upcoming jobs, and process completed site paperwork accurately and within set KPIs.
  • In addition, they will maintain records, update spreadsheets, and assist in organizational tasks such as departmental training, vehicle maintenance, and DBS register management.

About You

  • You should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent telephone manner, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Access, and email/internet.
  • A high level of accuracy, ability to work independently, and issue resolution skills are also essential.
  • Furthermore, you should be able to adapt to change, work effectively as part of a team, handle pressure, and possess good time-management skills.
