Temporary Administrator Role

About the Position
We are currently seeking a skilled Temporary Junior Administrator to join our team at our Leeds office. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- New Client Instructions: Set up new client instructions on our CRM system, ensure accurate acceptance of jobs through Client Portals, and adhere to SLA guidelines.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, handle queries professionally, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Survey Organization: Arrange and coordinate surveys, guarantee Surveyors are fully utilized, and meet specified timeframes.
- Pre-Works Communications: Make courtesy calls to customers before scheduled works, verify all arrangements are in place for successful completion on time.
- Site Paperwork Processing: Prepare Consignment Notes, PRCs, Site Diaries, and other required documentation for the following day's tasks, update relevant registers, and distribute to Site Supervisors.
- Audit Compliance: Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail when handling completed site paperwork and updating records.
- Supportive Tasks: Assist with departmental training, maintain accurate records, and perform various ad-hoc duties as required.
About the Ideal Candidate
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished telephone manner and the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Microsoft Office Expertise: Be well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Access, and email/internet tools.
- Task Management: Demonstrate exceptional task management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple projects, manage competing deadlines, and maintain focus under pressure.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Showcase an ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, foster a positive team environment, and contribute to the success of the organization.
