About the Role
CV-Library is recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join their team based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic business environment on a temporary to permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and forwarding enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and update the company database as necessary.
- Assist with email management, directing correspondence to the relevant staff member, and updating project documentation.
- Manage a varied workload, including contacting clients for updates, obtaining project status information, and supporting general office duties.
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrable attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Working Arrangements
- Ongoing full-time position.
