Job Overview

Psychology Graduate Required for a Secondary School in London

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As a Psychology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with students on a 1:1 and whole group basis, supporting them in multiple subject areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide academic support to students, promoting their understanding and engagement with subject matter
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with varying learning needs
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements

  • First-Class or 2:1 Psychology degree from a top 20 UK university
  • Previous experience working with KS3/KS4 students would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
