Job Overview

Psychology Graduate Required for a Secondary School in London

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As a Psychology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with students on a 1:1 and whole group basis, supporting their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide academic support to students in multiple subject areas, utilizing your exceptional knowledge in Psychology and other subjects.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure students receive a high-quality education.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities to promote student learning and engagement.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers to ensure a smooth and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

  • First-Class or 2:1 Psychology degree from a top 20 UK university.
  • Previous experience working with KS3/KS4 students would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching and learning.
