About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager with links to tier 1 or tier 2 automotive or similar sectors to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Look for strategic growth in different sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic plans
- Carry out customer visits
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development in automotive or plant sectors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
