Job Overview

This Learning and Development Lead role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Northamptonshire Children's Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning and development strategies to support the growth and development of our staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and delivering learning and training programs, as well as working closely with teams, individuals, and specific roles to understand their development needs. They will be able to analyze data and develop targeted interventions to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

About You

We are seeking an individual with a passion for learning and development, who is able to inspire and motivate others. Our benefits package includes 28 days annual leave, plus 8 Bank Holidays (pro rata for part-time) and an additional 5 days after 5 years.
