We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Assistant at a fantastic secondary school in Northampton.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to develop and implement learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. This involves working one-to-one or in small groups, using various techniques to engage students and promote their academic and personal growth.

We are seeking someone who is proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of special educational needs would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £85 and is available on a long-term to permanent basis. If you are passionate about supporting students' development and are committed to delivering high-quality education, we encourage you to apply.
