Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing school improvement initiatives within the Learning, Skills, and Education service.
- Developing and implementing school improvement strategies aligned with Northamptonshire County Council's goals.
- Ensuring effective governance structures are in place to support school leadership and drive improvement.
- Collaborating with the School Effectiveness Team to challenge and support maintained schools.
