Job Responsibilities
  • You will supervise and manage the workload of newly qualified social workers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure they achieve their full potential.
  • You will contribute to the development of the Academy/NCC as a training organisation, working closely with the Higher Education Institute and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality training programmes.
  • You will quality assure practice learning opportunities for social workers, ensuring that they receive the best possible training and development opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £44,911 per annum, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
