The Culina Group is seeking an experienced Professional Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering learning programs that drive business growth and employee development.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in training delivery, management, and leadership development. Your expertise will enable you to design and implement innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of our operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of L&D Advisors and Administrators to ensure they are well-supported in their wellbeing and personal development.
- Develop and promote the mentor scheme within the organization.
- Oversee the Groups PDP results and other KPIs.
- Ensure the L&D prospectus is fit for purpose and regularly reviewed to align with business needs.
- Degree level qualifications or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
Benefits:
