About the Job

The Learning and Development Advisor will play a key role in supporting the development of our staff and improving our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to engage with diverse groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to support staff development and improvement
  • Work closely with teams, individuals, and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide feedback to participants

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in training and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
