We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to join our team as a Learning and Development Training Specialist.

About the Role
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership, technical, and soft skills.
  • Manage early talent initiatives, including apprenticeships, to develop future leaders.
  • Support the Head of Talent Management in managing the training budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery and optimal use of the Apprenticeship Levy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for colleagues on development opportunities, providing guidance and support.
  • Coordinate logistics of training sessions, both in-person and virtual, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and data analysis.
