About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Partner to join our team at Rovco. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our organization's People activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for all areas of People Operations, including onboarding, employee relations, employment law, pay and benefits, and policy management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to foster a positive work environment and drive business performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic People and Culture initiatives to optimize key processes and policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to managers on HR best practices and company policies.
  • Support the development of high-potential employees through mentorship, leadership development, and continuous learning opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience as a generalist People/HR role or People Partner in a fast-growing, forward-thinking business.
  • Demonstrated ability in partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide accurate, timely advice and support on people-related issues.
  • Dynamic interpersonal style with empathy and ability to relate to diverse individuals.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks, priorities, and queries.
  • Sound working knowledge of employment law regulations and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to resolve a diverse range of HR issues.
