Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Brook Street NMR. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our market presence, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities. Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate new sales opportunities by utilising various methods at your disposal.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our power supply units to potential customers. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts and share market insights.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns. Coordinate and collaborate with other members of the team. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have some technical knowledge or come from an engineering background. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet deadlines.

What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary, up to £35,000 depending on experience, and a bonus structure. You will also have the opportunity to progress and develop your career with our company.
