Ready2Recruit Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their sales team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts in your assigned territory.

You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify recent sales opportunities, and close to proposals to achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of B2B/B2C sales experience, effective communication and negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and targeting new sales prospects through fact finding
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Developing and presenting customized proposals to clients
  • Negotiating and closing sales to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, competitors, and developments to identify new opportunities
