The Role:
As a key member of our Leadership Group, you'll work closely with our Artistic Director to consolidate opportunities, seek out new partnerships, and develop our strategic direction. Your collaboration will involve Hubbub's Co-Directors, the team, actor company, community, and Board of Trustees.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Artistic Director on fundraising, income generation, and partnership opportunities
- Work with the Artistic Director and Board of Trustees to ensure successful delivery of our financial sustainability and organisational growth
- Play an instrumental part in developing our Regenerative Business Model and philosophy
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that reflect our values of innovation, collaboration, and social responsibility.
