Strategic Social Impact Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Social Impact Manager to join our team at Winvic Construction. Based in the Midlands, we deliver construction projects on a national scale.
About the RoleThis role will support the needs of the CSR and Social Value team, reporting to the Senior Social Responsibility Manager. You will develop, implement, monitor, and report on the impact of social value programs across various projects and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Support the CSR and Social Value team in delivering social value initiatives
- Develop and implement social value programs for projects and frameworks
- Monitor and report on the impact of social value programs
- Experience in a social value or CSR role within construction or a related field
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes 26 days annual leave plus additional long service entitlement.
