About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Leadership Professional to join our IMPACT team. As a Workshop Leadership Professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, coordinating diagnostic and repair services, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, support, and train a team of technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Diagnostic and Repair Services: Coordinate diagnostic and repair services, including mechanical, bodywork, and EV repairs.
  • Customer Engagement: Communicate repair needs and costs to customers in a clear and transparent manner.
  • Social Media and Marketing: Manage the workshops social media presence to showcase services and engage customers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership role within the automotive repair industry.
  • Qualifications: Relevant automotive certifications; knowledge of EV repair practices is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, with proficiency in social media will be an advantage.
  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in automotive diagnostics, repair quoting, and EV maintenance.
  • IT Skills: Proficient with workshop management software and MS Office.
