Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Wildcat Careers Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients, focusing on providing tailored IT solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize your B2B sales experience to identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Consultative Selling: Help solve businesses' IT issues by providing tailored solutions through a consultative sales approach.
  • Account Growth: Grow your accounts by leveraging your contacts and sourcing leads, in addition to working with qualified leads provided occasionally.
  • Product and Service Sales: Sell a range of IT and telephony products and services to meet clients' needs.
  • Client Engagement: Attend frequent client meetings and networking events across the region to build and maintain relationships.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Be willing to work outside normal office hours when required to reach potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets within tech or MSP business-to-business sales.
  • Valid Driving License: Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Passion for Technology: While specific IT knowledge will be taught, a strong passion for technology is essential.
