About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join PIE Recruitment as a Business Development Manager, working with one of the UK's leading Dealer Services & Finance Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our dealer network, driving business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our dealer network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, finance companies, and other industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and changes in the finance market to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our clients receive timely and effective support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the dealer space, including account management and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and changes in the finance market.
