Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
Isrecruit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and business development initiatives
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales experience in a business development or account management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
